    The hotel shows its age with noticeable wear in facilities, including outdated decor and persistent odors in some rooms that resemble unpleasant sewer smells. Keycards frequently require reactivation, which can be frustrating, especially after returning from a long day of exploring. Issues like jammed doors and mosquitoes detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

    Good location at city centre, comfort room and value for money. I love the room entertainment system, sound bar with subwoofer. Nice!

    Should provide wifi option in room. Staff should have paid more attn to guest booking request., I was asking for non connecting room in my booking but it was not followed and no one care to highlight or a courtesy explanation. Front desk staff Svc quality needs to be improved.

    Free parking and excellent breakfast with western and Chinese dishes. Brilliant setting, just next door to coffee places, and less than a hour by subway. Also, to the city attractions...

    But the internet was slow , overall it was a great stay. The location is perfect for shopping, with a mall right next door. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked.

    Awesome family getaway!

    Just booked a 3-bedroom apartment for 3 nights. It was super luxe with all the essentials, like a washer and dryer, a lifesaver. We loved the buffet breakfast, so many options! The only thing was, the floor traps in the bathrooms had a weird smell. Still, it was super convenient being right across from the Bian Lian theater.

    Almost everything. The room is very spacious et well designed. Swimming pool is open 24/7 and very clean. Bed is very very comfortable.

    If anything, some fruits in the breakfast were not so fresh...

    The indoor swimming pool and steam room were perfect for relaxation after a long day. The only thing I’d say is that the wi-fi could be a bit stronger, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟
